ORDERS
Please provide us with the correct email address during checkout, as we may need to reach out to you for dimensions required for certain designs. Please check your inbox after placing your order. We may send you an email to confirm your dimensions or request that you send us your photo if you have a special order. Once we have the accurate dimensions, we will begin processing your order.
We accept returns and offer refunds within 3 days of delivery, depending on the specific circumstances of each case. After we receive your item, a refund will be promptly issued to your store credit if you have an account, or it will be sent to your email for repurchase. Please ensure that the item still has its tags attached and has not been used. If there are any signs of use, we will return the item to you without issuing a refund. (Please note that we do not accept international returns).

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of payment or make changes to it no later than 12 hours after payment. You must contact us before we begin processing your order. Once the order processing has started, it can no longer be changed.
