We accept return most size chart doesn't fit you, but please check your dimension carefully before you placed an order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized order
- Gift cards
- Items on sale
- Pay through "Shop Pay installments"
FOR DESIGN CLOTHES - Due to the handmade nature of our designs, no refunds are issued due to "custom fitting issues". All items are hand cut and hand sewn to order in the size you select at the time of purchase. Precise measurements are given in each listing (including dress length) for you the buyer to confirm all measurements before placing your custom order.
In cases sizing issues please contact us so that we may find an immediate solution a correct size. After we're received your parcel, a store credit or a gift card issues.
If you would like a return/refund on your item, please contact us within 3 days after you have received the item. After 3 days no refund issue on most cases.
Usually, a refund will be possible depending on the case, however, shipping costs, etc. shall be paid by the buyer.
Please note we are located in U.S, and shipping is expensive to another countries, so we are unable to cover the cost for return shipping and exchanges. Please take your measurements carefully and check our sizing charts before ordering. We do our best on dimensions with you. Please put your correct email so we can get back to you with some detail.
Since we would like to avoid paying import or customs duty on returned items, please mark the parcel as a return.
All sale items are considered final sale. Please read all listing details before purchasing.
With "Shop Pay installments" we won't accept return, refund because there are transaction fees. (7% fees).
